A positive addition for Sony…
Sony has acquired the game development studio Insomniac Games, known for the development of titles such as Spider-Man, Sunset Overdrive and Ratchet & Clank.
The company have had a relationship with the development studio over the past few years due to the release of certain PS4 exclusive titles and has decided to make them a first-party studio under Sony.

A sequel to fan favourite Spider-Man has not been announced yet, but it may be even more likely due to the success of the release and the additional funds Sony will now provide.
