Under the sea…
Disney has found their Ariel in the form of actress and singer Halle Bailey. Halle is one half of Chloe X Halle, with her sister Chloe Bailey, who were both signed by Beyonce.
Both were involved in the soundtrack for Disney’s A Wrinkle in Time and released their own studio album in 2018 titled, The Kids Are Alright.
Many celebrities have taken to Twitter to congratulate Halle on the role, including the likes of Mariah Carey, Kehlani and Halle Berry.
