In Case You Missed It…
BBC studios announced today that The Doctor Who The Collection range will be receiving standard packaging editions, starting with Seasons 12 & 19.
You may recall that these were the first two seasons to get The Collection treatment back in 2018/2019. These sets come in a more standard style of packaging with an amaray case and condensed booklet housed within a slipcase.
These new re-releases are a great opportunity for newcomers who want to start collecting, or for those who missed out to fill the gaps in their collections.
Meanwhile, new releases within the line will continue to feature the book-style packaging we’ve come to know, and will be labelled as having “Limited Edition packaging”.
Both seasons are due to release on 31st May, and can be ordered from the likes of HMV and Amazon today.
