The Radio 1 Teen Awards is planned to take place on the 21st October at Wembley and has welcomed the performances of artists such as Little Mix, Sigrid, Mabel, and Not3s.

On the first day of ticket sales, however, there has already been an issue with one of the artists. Not3s took to twitter earlier today informing his fans that will not be performing anymore. He stated his reason for backing out was due to fact that he hadn’t been included in the artwork for the event’s poster despite his name being on there.

There has been no response from BBC Radio 1, but the tweets have since been deleted from Not3s’ feed, which could suggest that the issue has been sorted privately. There are, however, still remnants of the incident on the artists’ feed.

As well as the artists mentioned above, there are some big names on the poster including Jack & Jack and Jonas Blue. Their pictures all feature on the flyer but for some reason, the poster that Not3s posted along with one of his tweets didn’t have his picture featured on it. One exception is the up and coming artist HRVY, who has his picture on the poster but not his name for some reason.

This flyer has seemed to have disappeared from the internet and the one that BBC Radio 1 have as their Facebook and Twitter cover photos, does include Not3s. They have also posted a GIF where Not3s can be seen in the 2nd part along with Mabel, Jonas Blue, and Sigrid.

Not3s’ decision to cancel on the Teen Awards has not yet been made official which means that the grime artist is still set to perform at the event.
