The PlayStation Classic min-console has been announced and will come preloaded with 20 classic games, including Final Fantasy VII, Tekken 3 and Wild Arms. Other games featured include Ridge Racer Type 4 and Jumping Flash. A full list is yet to be announced.

Sony released a full statement for the device, including a discussion on its size and the hardware included: “the mini console is approximately 45% smaller than the original PlayStation, and it emulates the original’s look and feel by featuring similar controllers and packaging.”
They also further stated that classic games will be featured in their original format, for long time fans to experience, “the nostalgia that comes with rediscovering the games they know and love.” They also state that newcomers to the platform will be able to, “enjoy the groundbreaking PlayStation console experience that started it all.”
The console will be priced at £89.99 ($99.99), and has a release date set for December 3rd 2018.
