Batman vs Robin!

The 2-hour season finale next week will feature the Dark Knight himself, in what is being labelled as ‘Robin vs Batman’. The trailer also features mentions of Commissioner Gordon as well as the Joker. Fans were pleading for Batman to make an appearance, but I don’t think anyone actually expected it to happen, check out the Caped Crusader’s debut below.

The trailer seemingly showcases an alternate reality, possibly caused by Trigon, with the promo heavily hinting at this with a villainous Batman going up against Dick Grayson. This looks set to be a very interesting and ‘explosive’ finale to a surprisingly excellent season.

‘Titans’ features a wide cast of comic book superheroes, including Robin/Nightwing (Brenton Thwaites), Raven (Teagan Croft), Starfire (Anna Diop), Beast Boy (Ryan Potter), Hawk (Alan Ritchson) and Dove (Minka Kelly). The Doom Patrol have appeared and are receiving their own spin-off show. The show also features Donna Troy (Conor Leslie), who is set to join the team for the show’s second season, as well as Jason Todd/Robin (Curran Walters).

‘Titans’ airs weekly on the DC Universe Streaming Service in the US and is coming to Netflix internationally on January 11th, and will be followed by its spin-off, ‘Doom Patrol (Featuring Joivan Wade as CyborgTimothy Dalton as Chief & Brendan Fraser as Robotman) airing early 2019. More series will follow, including the likes of Swamp Thing, featuring Crystal Reed with Andy Bean & Derek Mears starring, as well as a Harley Quinn series and Stargirl, starring Brec Bassinger. Young Justice: Outsiders also airs January 4th on DC Universe.
