Orpin is a 25-year-old Australian actor. He has only had a few roles in movies, such as The Neon Spectrum, but this will seemingly be his biggest role to date.

Lex Luthor is also rumoured to be making his way to the show very soon, after some teasing last year, casting details for “Dax” seem to point at the character’s introduction: “Mercurial and unpredictable, Dax delights in the element of surprise. Awkward and unpopular as a young boy, he insulated himself from others and developed masterful skills of manipulation. This led to a successful career as a criminal, where he had a unique ability to catch the enemy off-guard with his unassuming nature. Having spent many years in prison for his crimes, Dax is thrilled by the opportunity to get back to work and create chaos for his foes.”

Titans currently stars a wide cast of comic book superheroes, including Robin/Nightwing (Brenton Thwaites), Raven (Teagan Croft), Starfire (Anna Diop), Beast Boy (Ryan Potter), Hawk (Alan Ritchson) and Dove (Minka Kelly). Also featured are Donna Troy (Conor Leslie), who is also set to join the team as a full series regular for the show’s second season, as well as Jason Todd/Robin (Curran Walters); both characters have made significant appearances in season 1.

More series’ will follow Titans on the DC Universe Streaming Service, including the likes of Swamp Thing, featuring Crystal Reed with Andy Bean & Derek Mears starring, as well as a Harley Quinn series and Stargirl, starring Brec Bassinger. Young Justice: Outsiders began its run on January 4th and will return later this year on DC Universe. Doom Patrol is currently airing on the DC Universe streaming service.
